Real Estate Requirements

Walkabout Package:

The Walkabout Package is a home based business therefore there are no real estate requirements. 

Play & Party Center Package: 

1.       Number of Children in the Area:   We are looking for areas with 20,000 kids from pre-k to 5th grade within a 15 mile radius. The 15 miles also depends on the density of the location. Meaning, the smaller the MSA the further the messaging can reach. Plus, customers will be willing to drive further if there are fewer entertainment venues to compete with in the surrounding area.

2.       Socio Economic Lifestyle Pattern: In order to determine the right niche target audience, we have used Claritas software. Claritas takes the US Census and segments the population into Socio-Economic Lifestyle Patterns. Socio-Economic Lifestyle Patterns help to determine the entertainment spend of your target audience. Affluential or better is the ideal target Lifestyle Pattern due to the fact that this demographic spends four times more on entertainment than the demographics below them and above.

3.       Average Annual Income: Using the US Census database we need the average Annual income to be $60,000 or greater. $60,000 will enable the customer to come 20 times a year.

4.       Traffic Counts: We need a 15,000 traffic count or greater on a daily basis. The store does not need to be situated on the road but will need good signage.

5.       Ceiling Height: We need a minimum of 17ft. Ceiling height, but a higher ceiling would be preferable. Our Walk-in Experience is superior to the competition so we are able to put less emphasis on the inflatables. Most of the inflatables are 15 ft. high except for the slide and defender dome. The slide needs to be at least 17ft. for the best results. 

6.       Square Footage: The square footage requirement is between 8,500sq. Ft. and 14,000 sq. ft. The building needs at least one 600 sq ft party room and it needs room for at least 5 inflatable’s and one game arena.
